Joint is an IM platform that uses your existing Twitter network. It takes away all the constraints of Twitter messaging and lets you have engaging, flexible, and realtime conversations.

ResponsibilitiesI worked as an early stage UI designer for a startup company and played a key roll in finalizing the product.
- Branding. Including early stage naming and logo design.
- Fine tuning chat client User Interface which included brainstorming UI ideas and creating UI workflows.
- Finalizing Graphic User Interface including overall UI design and detailed icon designs.
- Main website design

Early stage logo conceptsThe early stage of brand development included deciding the name of the product and creating simple and easy to understand logos.
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3455/1516700/logoideation.gif" border="0" width="640" height="592" width_o="640" height_o="592" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3455/1516700/logoideation_o.gif" align="left" /&#62;

Final logo setThe joint logo was designed to symbolize the connection between people by using the j and i (people) linked by the o (joint).
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3455/1516700/logoset2.gif" border="0" width="640" height="565" width_o="640" height_o="565" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3455/1516700/logoset2_o.gif" align="left" /&#62;

		<description>Insight
People are spending more and more time in front of their computers, which cause lack of exercise. Most people think of exercise as tough, repetitive, and boring. They think it as a "work".

But exercise such as baseball, soccer are thought of as a sports, or a play, a fun thing to do. The key to motivation is in doing it together, challenging as a team.

The inspirations from the smiles of the children after a soccer game, the joyfulness of running in a relay, and the world getting united as one during the olympic torch run was how the v.relay baton started.

How it works
The V.relay is a baton for virtual relays. By connecting and joining to a community website, you could search for relays of your interest, the time you want to start, the team you want to join.

The baton receives the data from the computer and gives a signal when it's time for your turn to run in the team. The GPS signal lets the relay continue on virtually all around the world. And also gives you feedback of the distance/time/heartbeat rate/runners left during your run.

The main aspect or the V.relay is to give people more motivation for exercise by making them feel connected.

The process
Process book will be updated soon.

		<description>What's the problem?
Most scooters are made to be foldable. But the folding function is only for the purpose of storage or just for easier transportation.
Why not make a scooter fold into something different?

Purpose
To give another feature for the folding function of the scooter.

chameleon, don't just fold it, change it
The Chamelon can give you the advernture of an electric skateboard as well as the efficiency of a scooter.
By unfolding the handle and easily adjusting to your height, you can ride it as an electric powered scooter. And once you fold the handle down, it turns into an off road electric skateboard.

The process
Process book will be updated soon.

		<description>Overview
Corrugated boards are largely manufactured using high percentages of secondary fiber (including old corrugated containers, old newspapers and even straw), thereby diverting these materials from the municipal solid waste stream. Almost 77% (24.7 million tons) of all corrugated produced is recycled.

Purpose
To design a chair made out of corrugated box that elevates a user of undetermined size off of the ground, comfortably, for an extended period of time.

Chair in the box
The Chair in the box is an easy to fold and make, portable chair that could be taken almost anywhere. It could be changed into a chair in less than 5 seconds.
1. Just open the box,
2. Unfold the leg part which turns into a star shape
3. Insert it into the small groove
And you’re ready to sit!

Features
- Easy to make
- Uses minimal material
- Supports up to 90kg
- Lighter than a magazine
